other links
These are some other darned cool sites, or at least ones that interest me.
TheOneRing.Net is one of the major sites dedicated to the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy. News, spoilers, characters, and other great stuff, as well as other links.
This is a neat little comic started before Fellowship hit theaters, following the misadventures of a group of friends waiting in line for the Lord of the Rings films.
This is pretty cool. Ever wonder what your name would be in the High-Elven tongue of Middle Earth? Now you can find out at this site, which coins names using J.R.R. Tolkien's Quenya Elvish, and the historical etymologies of many real names. Incidentally, mine is Meldon Mehtar.
Want to know where you can find THE best plastic models on the planet? Come to this site to order kits by Hasegawa, Tamiya and Fine Molds. Japanese model kits beat the hell out of any other commercially available kit on the market. I'm still drooling over all the detail Fine Molds crammed into my 1/72 scale X-wing. :-)~~~
This is old but pretty damn funny, especially if you're a fan of the epic adventure/fantasy/scifi genre like me.
Welcome to SciFi channel's official Farscape website. This is about the damn coolest show on TV that I can't watch because my frelling cable company doesn't get SciFi on basic.
A great site, Crichtonisms is a list of all the pop-culture references and other funny as hell things John Crichton has said on Farscape. Also has a list of character nicknames, actor bios, and summaries of each episode.
